Deborah Antinori, MA, RDT, LPC, NBCCH, CT graduated in 1993 from New York University’s Drama Therapy Department. Deborah is a Registered Drama Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Thanatologist (death and dying specialist) and National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She is a certified Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor Therapist (mind/body orientation and inner child work), and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing – Level II). She has worked at Fair Oaks Psychiatric Hospital (now Summit Hospital) and interned with Carrier Foundation's renowned Creative Arts Therapy program in New Jersey.

Deborah is currently the Director of Therapy at The Davison Counseling Center in Basking Ridge where she maintains a private practice of therapy working with individuals, couples and groups. Pet Loss & Lifespan Transitions Counseling was opened at the DCC in 1998.

Deborah lectures and gives workshops at hospitals, community groups, national conferences and veterinarian offices on a variety of topics including pet loss, removing blocks to creativity and cultural diversity. She has been a university lecturer, being published in the area of diversity and embedded prejudice. Deborah was an adjunct professor at Morris County College for ten years teaching courses in acting for the camera, drama for personal growth, and Certified Alcoholism Counselor curriculum.
